WHAT DATA CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVEWe collect the seller’s first & last name, email address, phone number, street address, postal code, city, state, as well as any notes they shared including reasons for selling or updates they have done on their house.
I WANT LEADS FROM SPECIFIC ZIP CODES NOT COUNTIESWe differentiate leads based on counties, not zip codes.
DO I PAY SOME TYPE OF MONTHLY FEE OR SOME TYPE OF SET UP FEE?No way! You are only charged the monthly subscription and not charged again until you receive the leads.
WHAT HAPPENS WITH BAD LEADSWe allow you to return leads for the following reasons: Mobile homes in a mobile home park Homes listed on MLS of FSBO Wholesalers selling a contract to the property Vacant/unimproved land We also accept returns for leads that you are unable to contact on a case by case basis. When receiving a bad lead, let us know in our database and we'll replace the lead. If you have a subscription, the bad lead will not count.
