1. Introduction:

- Compass REI LLC utilizes Google Pay Per Click Advertising to generate motivated seller leads. Leads are sold on a subscription basis, allowing users to select specific counties for lead targeting. Each lead is exclusively sent to one user.

2. Subscription Details:

- Three subscription types are available: Gold and Platinum. Gold offers 8+ leads monthly, billed monthly. Platinum provides 21+ leads, billed every 2 weeks with automatic renewal upon subscription completion. The exact minimum amount will be confirmed prior to the start of your subscription.

- Payment is due after subscription fulfillment.

- Subscriptions renew automatically unless the user requests cancellation via email to compassdatapro@gmail.com.

3. Lead Delivery:

- Leads are delivered in real time via text message and email. Custom CRM integration is possible upon request.

- Certain leads (vacant land, mobile homes, MLS-listed, or from wholesalers) can be returned via the Compass portal without subscription charges. Other returns may be considered at Compass's discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities:

- Users must make timely payments, contact leads promptly, provide feedback to Compass, and report any issues.

- Users are required to comply with all applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property:

- Compass owns all intellectual property associated with its sites and portal.

- Leads may not be resold.

6. **Termination:**

- Subscription termination is possible at the end of any subscription period without further billing.

- Refunds are not provided, however concerns about incorrect charges can be addressed via email to compassdatapro@gmail.com on a case-by-case basis.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty:

- No warranties are provided for leads. Users can cancel their subscription if they find it unsuitable.

9. Limitation of Liability:

- Compass REI LLC is not liable for any damages.

10. Arbitration Clause:

-Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement, including the formation, interpretation, breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be resolved by arbitration.

Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The prevailing party in the arbitration shall not be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney's fees and costs.

By agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to participate in any class action or representative action against Compass REI LLC. You also waive your right to a trial by jury.

This arbitration clause is intended to be broad and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. If any part of this arbitration clause is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Changes to Terms:

12. Governing Law:

-Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

3. Data Security:

- The Compass portal is secure and password-protected, with no sharing or storage of user payment information.

4. Third-Party Sharing:

- User information is not shared with third parties, except with payment processors or banks. Refer to their terms for details.

5. Cookies and Tracking:

- The portal does not use cookies.

7. Changes to Privacy Policy:

- Any changes will be updated on the site.

Refund Policy
